Privacy Policy
Effective November 7, 2026
STATLINE HQ (statlinehq.app) is a competitive Fortnite scouting platform run by Statline Media Group LLC. This page explains what we collect and what you can do about it.
Data we collect
- Account details: your email address and password, handled by Supabase Auth, plus the display name you choose.
- Epic Games identifiers: your Epic Display Name and Epic Account ID. We store the Account ID as a one-way hash.
- Linked platform identifiers: we don't currently request PSN, Xbox or Switch identifiers. If a future Epic Games sign-in asks for them, you'll see that on Epic's consent screen and we'll only use them to confirm your account.
- Competitive data: public Fortnite tournament leaderboard results, placements, eliminations and earnings, and public game stats if you've turned them on in Fortnite.
- Card details you choose to add: region, input, role, drop spots, schedule, ping, age, bio, clips, and social handles such as Twitch, X and Discord.
- Recruiting profile, only if you opt in: school, graduation class, GPA and transcripts, and a guardian's name and email for players under 18.
- Payment details: Stripe processes payments. We keep your Stripe customer ID and purchase history, and we never store raw card numbers.
- Support and usage: messages you send us, pages viewed, a hashed form of your IP address for rate limiting and fraud checks, and browser push subscriptions if you turn on alerts.
How we use it
- Powering player scouting cards and Transfer Portal free-agent listings.
- Calculating Trio Chemistry ratings and Statline OVR.
- Running live tournament leaderboards, spotlights and the Competitive Toolkit.
- Attributing Creator Partner codes and working out commissions.
- Handling memberships, sending the alerts you ask for, answering support requests and protecting the site from abuse.
We don't sell your personal data.
Third-party services
- Epic Games Account Services: used to confirm Epic accounts when Epic Games sign-in is available. STATLINE HQ is an independent platform and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Epic Games, Inc.
- Stripe: secure subscription billing and checkout for Statline Pro, and records used for Creator Partner commissions.
- Supabase: encrypted authentication and database hosting.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Twitch: checking whether a channel is live and embedding streams. Twitch's own privacy policy applies to its player.
- Fortnite-API and Cito: public game stats and tournament leaderboards.
- Resend: sending service emails.
What's public
Scouting cards, tournament results, LFT posts and fill beacons can be seen by anyone. Tournament results come from Epic's public leaderboards, so they can appear here even if you haven't signed up. Your email, password, payment details and hashed identifiers are never shown publicly.
Players under 18
You must be at least 13 to create an account, or the minimum age to consent in your country if that's higher. For players under 18, recruiting features need a parent or guardian's consent, and we hide full legal names, cities and exact ages until a player or guardian claims the profile. A parent or guardian can ask us to remove a minor's data using the contact below. Creator codes are for adults only.
Your rights and data deletion
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and CCPA, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to how it's used. We don't discriminate against anyone for using these rights.
- Unclaim your scouting card and unlink Epic Games: sign in, open My Profile, and choose "Unclaim my card and unlink Epic".
- Delete your account and data: choose "Request account deletion" in My Profile, or email support@statlinehq.app. We'll confirm the request came from you and act on it promptly, and within 30 days at most.
- Revoke Epic access: you can also remove STATLINE HQ from your Epic Games account's connected apps settings.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open. We keep payment and commission records as long as tax, accounting and fraud rules require. Public tournament results stay on the site, because they're part of the public competitive record and don't depend on an account.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by database rules, and each account can only change its own card. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.
